I am a senior supply chain executive with nearly four decades of experience leading large-scale manufacturing and distribution operations, bringing a proven track record of operational transformation, innovation, strategic execution, and organizational leadership. Over a 39-year career, I have directed complex supply chain environments supporting up to 49,000 SKUs across facilities exceeding 1.6 million square feet, while leading organizations of more than 1,500 associates and managing operations that process over 350 truckloads daily.

 

I have extensive experience overseeing capital investment strategies, operational budgeting, and large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with long-term business objectives. My leadership approach focuses on building high-performance cultures that emphasize accountability, ownership, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

In 2026, I was honored to receive a Lifetime Achievement Award from McDonald's at the McDonald's Worldwide Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada, recognizing more than two decades of contributions to supply chain excellence, leadership, innovation, and operational performance.  I launched Hadding & Associates to help organizations cultivate strong leaders, elevate leadership effectiveness, and build benchmark cultures that inspire engagement, accountability, and outstanding results.
